The Year Audit: Reflect, Reset, Redirect

I wanted to share something a little personal with you.

Every year, I sit down and properly take the year together. Not just thinking about what happened, but actually looking at the decisions I made, the places I ended up in, the things that changed me and the things I outgrew.

Over time, this became a ritual I really rely on. This year, I decided to turn it into a structured guide and share it with you here first.

The first part focuses on reflecting on the past year. It helps you look at the year as a whole, not through highlights or productivity, but through patterns, choices, energy, money, and direction. It’s about understanding what really shaped your year, what it cost you, and what it gave you back.

The second part is about the year ahead. This is where things start to feel exciting again. You’ll find pages for setting direction, ambition, and goals, along with tracking pages you can print and return to throughout the year. There are also sections around business, money, and investing if that’s something you’re working towards.

You can use this guide digitally or print the pages so you can fill it with a pen, I always feel like that is so much nicer as I normally go by the river or ocean and really take the time off to do this. It’s designed to move with you, especially if your plans change or your life doesn’t fit neatly into a box.

This isn’t about pressure or becoming a new version of yourself overnight. It’s about clarity, intention, and making choices that actually align with the life you’re building.

I’m really proud of this one and I hope it becomes something you come back to whenever you need to slow down, reset, or refocus.
